The King of nomads is one of the 9 playable kings in 9 Kings. The Warlord troop serves as both this king's castle, and a unit that moves around in battle. This king encourages the player to move or destroy plots in order to grow in power (Dragon's Den) and allows the player to move units in order to better target Blessings (Migrate).

Troop Stone-throwing units. Gain a unit whenever

a different adjacent card gains one

Raptor

Troop Can be mounted by adjacent troops.

Mounted by adjacent units. Sums its stats with rider and pierces through the frontline.

Frost

Enchantment Attacks slow the enemy's movement and

attack speed by 20%

Dragon's Den

Tower Summons powerful single-strike dragons.

Gets 20% stronger each time a plot is destroyed.

Camp

Building When a card is placed on a empty plot, Camp's adjacent plots gain +2% to all stats.

Migration

Tome Moves target to an empty adjacent plot. Moved card gains +10% damage and HP.

Swords

Tome Adds 5 damage or 5% damage to target, whichever's higher.

Shields

Tome Adds 5 HP or 5% HP to target, whichever's higher.

Decrees

The King of nomads have 5 unique decrees

Pillage

The effect of all plot destroying cards is applied +1 time.

Smithy

Swords and Shields have double effect.

Cryoflame

Dragons now spit blue fire and attack +1 time per battle.

Frostbite

Frost now deals damage per second. +1 damage per stack.

Settlement

All new troops and towers placed on empty plots start with double stats.

Perks

The King of Nomads has 9 unique perks, as seen in the image, from left to right:

Aggressive

Swords give +1 or +1% extra damage.

Leader

Starts with +1 random troop card in your hand.

Defensive

Shields give +2 or +2% extra HP.

Khan

Warlord starts with +10% to all stats.

Immigrant

Gains +1 Migration card every Expansion Tower event.

Jurassic

Raptors deal +10% damage

Rebellious

Mob starts with +3 units.

Cold

Increases Frost effect by +10%.

Reptilian

Dragon's deal +10% damage.

Strategies

Prioritize to start wars against kings that allow you to destroy plots, since it will allow you to both re-populate plots in order to proc Camp, or give your Dragon's Den a boost in power.

Curiosities

  1. When saving and resuming a game with the King of Nomads, a bug occurs, leaving the base on the central map (regardless of the Warlord's location), and the base collision is located in lives.
  2. The "khan" perk is so named because it means "king" and has Mongolian and Turkic origins.
