Library

The Library is a Building under the King of Spells.

Every year it randomly chooses adjacent troops. The number of chosen troops is equal to the number of times its effects happen in a single year, which is affected by its level and certain Royal Decrees, such as Overwork

One random enchantment of the chosen troop will have a 50% chance of being given one more stack.

Much like the Farm, the Library has a limited number of troops it is able to pick, meaning if you only want to boost one specific troop's enchantments, you should only place it next to the one troop you wish to boost, and make sure all of its other adjacent plots are either empty or filled with non-troop cards.
