Shrine

The Shrine is a Building under the Rainbow Army.

The shrine must be paid for with at least 9/6/3 gold each round. It levels up one random plot in the kingdom per payment. If the gold is less than 9/6/3 or all plots are max level, the leveling fails and no gold is deducted. The shrine can also level itself.

History:

• 0.7.44: Shrine now levels up a single plot per year and its effect costs less gold per level, as opposed to granting one upgrade per level. Even Overwork does not cause more than one plot to be leveled up per round.
